Booth Space Options
(All Booths Include Electricity)
Covered Spaces:
Inside the 4-H Buildling
8' wide x 6' deep = $70
Inside the Barn
8' wide x 7' deep = $40
5 Big Top Tents
10' wide x 10' deep = $90
Outdoor Spaces:
Each 10' wide x 12' deep space = $50
Possible Combinations:
20' wide x 12' deep = $100
30' wide x 12' deep = $150
20' wide x 24'deep = $200
Rules & Regulations
1. Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in at the Utopia Club tent by the 4-H Building.
2. Do not park in the customer areas.
3. Parking in the rodeo arena is free to exhibitors, but vehicles may not be moved once parked.
4. RV parking is available through the Ozark Parks Dept - (417) 581-9780.
5. Booth spaces will all be marked for your convenience.
6. Booths must remain open for ALL hours ALL 3 days.
7. All items to be exhibited must be approved prior to booth reservation.
8. Imported and/or manufactured goods are strongly discouraged.
9. Food booths must have a Permit from the Christian County Health Dept. - (417) 581-7285.
10. You will need to provide your own adaptors, power surge protectors, extension cords, etc.
11. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the show dates.
12. The Utopia Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor will risk for accidents be assumed.
13. DO NOT mail cash for your registration. Make checks or money orders payable to: Ozark Utopia Club and mail to: PO Box 2013, Ozark MO 65721.
14. Booth reservations are not final until payment is received and has cleared your bank.

Thursday, September 30th, 7am - 9pm
Friday, October 1st, 7am to 8am
